This grade exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and has a high ease of fabrications with outstanding formability. It has better corrosion resistance more than the other stainless steel grades. This is the low carbon version of 316 stainless steel alloys. It is mostly used in the welded components. It has many features like high toughness, better strength, high tensile strength, etc. This is also higher creep, stress to repute and high strength and used in the high temperature and heavy pressure service.
