1.Will YSH do job quote and hold the price?
We will work with you on projects with extended lead times, will develop an equitable situation to cooperate you to supply your customer competitively.

2.Can I mixed loading sheets and rolls in the same container?
Yes, we can mixed loading rolls, sheets, coils and cartons in same container , also including truck loading.

3.Can I order customed size or are there only standard sheets and rolls?
There are definitely standard size in the industry as detailed on our product page; however, we are able to provide customed size under minimum quantity.

4.Is wire mesh more structurally preferable than fibermesh?
Wire mesh actually provides structural reinforcement to the concrete, fiber mesh can be used in conjunction with wire mesh, to help with control separation and cracks.

5.What is your payment terms?
YSH accpet LC (Letter of Credit) as normal payment term. According to different cooperation time, funancial reputation, order value and etc,we do L/C at sight, L/C 30 Days, L/C 60 Days payment times.
YSH accept all T/T payment, (10-30% prepayment, rest paid upon BL copy)
YSH accept mix payment, T/T and L/C at sight.
YSH accept O/A, D/P, Cash etc.
Multiform payment terms are negotiable for YSH.

6.What is your minimum order, normally and specially?
YSH has a $500.00 minimum per mesh item if applicable. Without question, we do our best to maintain one of the lowest minimum order amounts in the industry. Our low minimum order is ideal for trial order and development projects, prototypes and small quantity requirements.
To be noticed: this amount applies to most items readily available from stock and does not apply to special orders, custom manufactured items, or items generally only sold in full 100 foot rolls. Given market conditions, availability and other variable, the order amount is subject to change.
Typically, the standard LCL (less than container loading) shipment is leading to extra package cost , which to insure the damage free & convenient loading during all shipment.

7.Do you sample free?
To make sure the inquiring wire mesh specification will comply with your requirements, recommends sampling a specific mesh, when possible. YSH will provide sample free for items readily available from stock.
The typical sample size is 20cm-30cm square size, and will usually ship in 1-3 days after confirming your sample request.
Samples for non-stock, customed manufactured items will be charged accoridng to different particular requests.

8.Can you make specific wire mesh recommendations?
This website has been designed with the goal of providing website visitors with all of the detailed information we have learned from our broad range of customers over the years. More importantly, this website has been developed to serve as a guide to assist in the decision making process for the purchase of wire mesh.
For further communicators , We are able to make specific wire mesh recommendations for common applications and market selling. To be clear and acquire more information,we can offer samples.
Notice: Particular industry is excluded, we suggest sampling, or speaking to an expert or engineer in your particular industry.

9.Do you offer special package requirement?
Often times, Customers require special packaging for their marketing purpose. Some of the more popular packing requirements include: individually packaged and marked shipments, shipment with extra protection, consolidated shipments and customized boxed. Please contact us to discuss your special packaging requirements. Extra charges may apply.

10.What are your quality standard?
Most wire mesh that YSH supplies adheres to the standard specification ASTM-F2548-12, ASTM-A852-04.
Wire mesh is an industrial product and is intended for use in industrial applications, where functionality is the primary objective. Because mesh is an extremely versatile product, it is often used in applications not related to industrial use, for example in instances where appearance is critical.
Generally speaking, YSH is unable to guarantee perfect, or defect-free, material. Blemishes or defects are inherent in the producing process and are virtually impossible to avoid. We encourage all customers who may have stringent quality requirements to discuss them with our sales representative.

11.What is your damaged shipment policy?
Upon receipt of your wire mesh shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package for any external damage. If external damage is found, the delivery receipt and other associated paperwork must note the damage before accepting the delivery. A photo in these instances is highly recommended. After opening the package, if the material is damaged, a claim must be made with the carrier. Filling the claim and requesting an inspection in a prompt fashion are the responsibilities of the customer.

12.What is your chemical & physical certification policy?
If necessary, A request for YSH’s standard chemical and/or physical certification must be clearly stated on your official written purchase order. Unfortunately, in most cases, we are unable to provide certifications more than 30 days after the order ships.
For any non-standard or specialized certification,or a particular industrial specification, the request must be clearly communicated in the original request for quote (RFQ) and clearly stated on the official purchase order. In order to comply with these special certification requests, additional charges may apply. Please speak to our sales representative for more information.
